Okay, here's what I've got-

Like the first person said, good timing. Swimming is typically all about rhythm. That said, the colors on this seem pretty muddy. That's totally not your fault though- generally speaking- gyms have the worst florescent lighting and it almost always throws the auto white balance off. Try manually setting your white balance. Also, your focus looks a little bit off. For some reason, the divider thing on the right is razor sharp, but the swimmers' face is not. I noticed you shot with your aperture set at the lowest- you may want to jump that up to 2.0 or 2.5 at the lowest... reason being is that lenses typically sharpen up a bit at higher apertures. Next, the composition is bugging me. Sometimes off-center works, and for this shot, it just- well- doesn't look quite right.
